Can i get my shipping address changed?

we will not able to change the address if the order had been shipped, you need contact the shipping company to help you solve this.

How can i cancel the order?

Please contact us: contact@upgradecharger.com to cancel your order as soon as you can. The request won't be approved once the order had been shipped.

Why my devices can't be charged with your charger?

For multi-device wireless charger
You just need a Quick Charge 3.0 plug(At least 20W USB C Power Delivery plug), the charger will not work if you don't use the right plug.
