You have 30 days to request a return. 

To make sure a return to be eligible that your item must be in the same condition when it's received.it must be unused that in its original packaging without tampering. 

The order that needs return that all the things you received must be included, such as user manuals, parts and accessories.

The refund/exchange will be immediately voided if any return is found opened, used, or have signs of damage.

Changing of mind or compatibility issues will be not covered by our return policy if the product has been opened or used. After approval
Please be noted that you will be responsible to take care of the return shipping costs and any related fees.

The shipping costs are non-refundable,please be noted and we will charge a restocking expense(may take 10% to 25% of the order value).

We will process your refund and apply it to your original payment method, it may take 7-14 days to show up on your statement ( it depends on your financial institution).

The respinsibilities you need take to cover all the fees related with the return( customs duties, taxes), and you need resolve all the issues to make sure the package to be arrived in our receiving address. please be aware that we don't collect packages stuck in customs and will not be responsible for any associated fees.

Please check and confirm your package with your order when it's arrived.

About non-returnable items
